A Year Full Of Holidays - By Susan Middleton Elya
This is a delightful book for teaching young children about holidays, seasons, and the months of the year! There's barbecue for Labor Day, turkey for Thanksgiving, colored confetti for New Year's, and so much more! The soft, family oriented illustrations are adorable. As is common with most secular holiday books, the text does make reference to Santa Claus, Halloween, and the Easter bunny.

It's Time To Sleep, It's Time To Dream - By David A. Adler
Sweet, sleepy pages to read to your little one as the seasons go by, year after year. Watch the trees and weather change in each soft-colored scene, and observe a little boy getting ready for bedtime in each unique silhouette. A very beautiful "night-night" book!
